Our emergency service is primarily fee based, at $25.00 per household or tenant unit per month. If you are a landlord or homeowner and you call for an emergency situation, such as a broken pipe or blown fuse etc..... during non-business hours we will come and remedy the problem a.s.a.p. With this service you can give your tenants our emergency cell phone number and we will respond as quickly as possible. Emergency calls will be billed at our normal hourly rate of $60.00 hr. minimum 1 hr. Note : If we respond to an emergency call and you have not signed up for the service you will be billed $75.00 hr. with a 2 hour minimum. |

If you are a home owner your fee would be $25.00 mo. If you are a landlord your fee would be $25.00 per rental unit so if you own 3 units ( 3 decker or 3 family ) your monthly fee would be $75.00 mo. Your Emergency service subscription will begin on the day we recieve your payment for the service... not on the day you decide to call for an emergency. |
